Beer is healthy when chugged on a yoga mat

When: Sunday, January 7th, 10 AM – 12 PM

Where: Laughing Monk Brewery

Why: This is perfect if you’re trying to ease into this whole “new year, new you” thing. Instructor Armando Luna will lead a 90 minute Bhakti yoga session that’s suitable for all levels – and then the beer gets broken out. Why: There’s Santacon, there’s St. Patrick’s Day, and then there’s No Pants Day on BART – the Bay Area’s other invitation to a hot mess. Please, please wear undies and socks. This event takes place in over 15 countries around the world and is hosted by prank collective Improv Everywhere. // It’s a free event, but BART fare is required.
