Beer is healthy when chugged on a yoga mat

Where: Laughing Monk Brewery
Why: This is perfect if you’re trying to ease into this whole “new year, new you” thing. Instructor Armando Luna will lead a 90 minute Bhakti yoga session that’s suitable for all levels – and then the beer gets broken out.
