The Sims 4 has cheats for just about anything you could think of. Not just money or needs cheats, but cheats to apply traits and level up skills, allow items to overlap, manually promote a Sim in their field, or even kill Sims in specific ways.

How to Use Cheats in The Sims 4
There is one thing you must do before using any cheat in The Sims 4, and that is to enable cheats in the first place. This is done by:
Pressing the Ctrl, Shift, and C keys simultaneously Typing testingcheats true in the prompt Hit enter
Once you do this, you can enter as many cheats as you like. You will have to enter it each time you relaunch the game and want to use cheats.
The Sims 4 Money Cheats
Make sure you use testingcheats true before trying to input other cheats.
The Sims 4 Build / Buy Mode Cheats
Aside from the codes below, there are some extra cheats you can use for Buy / Buy mode. These being:
Hold Shift and C then click the roof for additional options Shift and ] to increase selected object size Shift and [ to decrease selected object size

The Sims 4 General Cheats
There are two general cheats you can use aside from the ones listed below that are quite useful. These are:
Hold Shift and click on a Sim, then select Modify in CAS to edit them (excluding inherited traits and names) Hold Shift and click on the ground, then select Teleport Me Here to teleport the selected Sim to that spot or nearby

The Sims 4 Need Cheats
With testingcheats true enabled, as you need to do to use any cheats in The Sims 4, there are three unique cheats you can use aside from the commands below just by shift-clicking on a Sim.
You can easily fill a Sim’s needs and make them happy, and disable or enable their need decay, by:
Shift-clicking on a Sim Clicking Cheat Need Selecting what you’d like to adjust

The Sims 4 Relationship Cheats
Aside from the cheats below, you can hold Shift and click on a non-household Sim to add it to the family.
You need to use the Sims’ first and last names with cheats that require names.

The Sims 4 Death and Revival Cheats
Death and revival cheats are fairly straightforward, but listing them out isn’t. In the name of keeping the below table simple, only the enable traits for death are listed.
Death toggles that start with traits.equip_trait can be reversed by using traits.remove_trait and using the same modifier. Sims killed in specific ways who have turned into ghosts can be revived using the relevant remove_trait cheat. For example:
traits. equip_trait Ghost_Lightning toggles a Sim to turn into a ghost killed by lightning traits. remove_trait Ghost_Lightning toggles a Sim back to life, if they were killed by lightning
