And with the help of 150 Bay Area designers, the course features 18 holes that pay homage to San Francisco’s past and present, largely through its various booms and busts. Of course we have spots like Urban Putt but the founders wanted a space that was outdoors, family/young-adult friendly, and could readily accessible all year round. The golf course also features a beer garden, filled with benches and tipi cabanas. Opening at 5 p.m. daily, the bar will serve local brews, mimosas, and sangria.

For now, the spot is open daily but future collaborations with other Bay Area institutions are in the works.

// Stagecoach Greens is open daily from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. Admission is $16 for adults and $8 for children, and can be purchased online ahead of time or at the course. 1379 4th St., Mission Bay; stagecoachgreens.com. Feature photo by Patricia Chang.
